Our latex is a natural product manufactured from the
fusion of renewable natural resources in harmony with scientific innovation
utilising the latest state-of-the-art technology and know how. The product
is biodegradable and environmentally friendly. No fillers or any additives
are added thereby retaining the intrinsic green strength of Natural Latex.
Foam from other manufacturers typically contains up to 30% inert filler

Nasafoam is a revolutionary, 5.3lb, visco-elastic, memory foam
that provides the ultimate in pressure relief for the Optimus mattress.
 Nasafoam
is five times denser than ordinary foams. Weight and heat sensitive, it
contours to your body’s unique shape, supporting every curve, and
the results are dramatic. Pressure points are reduced and you’re
more comfortable than you ever imagined. Transfer of movement is minimized
so you can move without disturbing your partner.
Nasafoam was originally developed by NASA as a means
to absorb the tremendous G-Forces experienced by astronauts during take-off
and re-entry. This pressure relieving material is both body temperature
and body weight sensitive, so when you lie down, it molds itself to the
shape of your body and continues to do so even when you change sleeping
positions. Since it offers no true resistance there is less pressure on
your body, meaning less tossing and turning during the night.

Take it from the top, with Lyocell.
We start with a Lyocell cover, which is naturally resistent to dust mites
and other allergens. Lyocell is a natural material that is processed for
use in fabrics. It is much stronger and more durable than cotton or linen,
yet maintains the softness and breathability of lighter fabrics.
Lyocell is also one of the most environmentally friendly
materials on the market. It is made from trees that are grown specifically
for that purpose, and is specially processed, using a solvent spinning
technique in which the dissolving agent is recycled, reducing environmental
effluents.

Joma Wool: the Natural Choice
We fill the pillowtop with Joma Pure Crimped Wool, which is made from
high quality, clean New Zealand wool that is processed to accentuate wool's
unique benefits. The result is a wool with additional bulk and consistency,
with minimal fibre migration and which is resistant to felting.
Joma Pure Crimped wool has been thoroughly cleaned and
is non-allergenic, making it ideal for those who suffer allergies to feather
and down or synthetic bedding products. It is also available treated with
UltraFresh, an antimicrobial, antifungal treatment for added protection.
Our wool provides a high level of thermal comfort, and
ensures a more consistent sleeping temperature no matter what the conditions.
It is naturally resistent to water vapor. Any absorbed moisture is diffused
into the atmosphere, so you never have a clammy, damp feeling while you
sleep.

and consistency. Quiltflex virtually eliminates body impressions, while
providing comfort comparable to the highest grades of fiber. Quiltflex
also provides far greater durability than conventional fiber.
