But in 1999, We took advantage of the trend to online shopping, and employed the latest technology to spread the message, “Sleep Different.” Since then, we have grown with the online community and magnified our customer service goals in order to ensure that each customer's unique needs were met. We have developed new tools to improve ordering and invoicing from our outside vendors in an ongoing effort to build stronger alliances. The headquarters are located in Tampa, Florida, and includes senior management, marketing, finance and human resources.
