is a lot more helpful than other sites I have visited. I have been  
looking at this item off and on for several months and this was the  
only site to provide photos of the futon without the mattress so you  
could see how the frame looked. It also gave detailed measurements of  
the futon in a folded & flat position. Also, you were at least $100  
cheaper than the other stores, and with free shipping it can't be beat!  
All in all a win-win situation.

wish there had been a more extensive explanation on measurements. The  
section labeled "size" merely showed pictures of figures sleeping on a  
bed. Other sites had very detailed measurements, and I am praying that  
they are the same for My Rest, Inc. I liked the pricing, and the  
mid-fill size waterbed mattresses as my bed cavity is only 5 inches  
deep.

my goodness I have never slept so well in my life. We ordered a king  
size 4" memory foam topper and cover. Fortunately I called customer  
service about something else and the man told me the best way to deal  
with it when it came. It was very large and very heavy and had to be  
placed in the cover. I might still be wrestling with it if he hadn't  
given me some guidance. We love it and have recommended it to other  
people. Some people say that they hold heat and that it will be hot in  
the summer -- we'll have to wait and see. My Rest emailed me and let me  
know when my purchse was in phase 1 and then again in phase 2. I didn't  
hear anymore after that -- it just showed up at my house one day.  
Fortunately we had a contracter working in the house and he was there  
and able to accept the delivery. Also, it would have been nice to have  
directions of the best way to place it in the cover or as I said before

ordering was easy, but I will have to wait until my father gets the bed  
topper to see if it is of good quality and worth the cost. The bed was  
orderd for him because he has a hard time sleeping and gets cramps in

i  
think the "configure" option scares off a lot of customers - it sounds  
like you have to get out the measuring tape and i'm just too darn lazy!

we just recently ordered the product, an N-series Air Mattress, and  
have not received it yet, our sales/service representative (Todd) was  
very responsive and courteous. We shopped around and called several  
other internet retailers that carry this brand, and found Todd to be  
knowledgeable about the products. As well, he fairly compared various  
brands without 'bashing' his competition, which is a big turn-off for  
us. These combined are the primary reasons that we chose to do business  
with MyRest. We since found the level of communication after placing  
the order to be very good. We received e-mail confirmation of the  
order, with an outline of what steps to expect next in the the delivery  
process. Within minutes of placing our order, we were able to log into  
the MyRest.com website to view the details of our order. And, per the  
communication that we've received, we expect to be notified when the  
order is packed and when it is shipped. The process has been very  
smooth thus far.  We have purchased a number of items from various  
internet-retailers, and all in all must say that the experience with

ordered the Sensations Queen 60x80x3 5.3lb topper w/the Impressions  
cover. Although we did not recieved a stage 3 email, nor a tracking  
number in our account, as was explained in the stage 2 email regarding  
"Drop Ship" orders, the topper & cover still arrived via UPS the  
afternoon of the 5th business day from our orignial online order. Great  
service! The topper pad was packaged and shipped as described in the  
online video...rolled, paper wrapped, bagged in plastic, and secured in  
a cardboard shipping box. The impressions cover has a very smooth and  
delicate feel to it, and the pad fit perfectly within it. The Mrs. and  
I had it in the cover & on the bed in less than 20 minutes. The pad  
was clean and odor free, and appeared to be exactly as advertised.  
Hopefully this memory foam topper will perform as advertised and I can  
finally get My Rest! :)

only way to find info on mattress pad covers was to click on a button  
on the website under the info for the mattress pad topper -- but since  
the button was for a javascript popup, my computer wouldn't allow it  
(even with the security settings changed). So I had to include a note  
with my mattress pad topper order asking for info on cover prices,  
which is a pain in the butt. Would have preferred to be able to order  
both at the same time. Overall I did a lot of research and finally  
decided with Myrest.com because they are a very honest company.

Policies  
and terms were laid out very clearly and in a friendly tone. Their  
explanation of their use of SSL was good, but I might be biased since I  
am working in computer security and protocols like SSL are common to  
me. Still - having read their documentation I was more comfortable  
placing the order. Taking the time to explain to the customer clearly  
what you are doing goes a long way towards establishing trust. I can't  
imagine a bogus company going to that much trouble...

Honest company. Great products  
at excellent prices. Cancelled my previous order from  
memoryfoamsource.com because they tell you that the products are non  
returnable after you give them your credit card number. I researched  
them under their corporate name Advanced Sleep and found that they are  
not BBB members but have a long track record of bait and switching  
customers. The BBB told me that their number one complaint on them was  
that they would advertise 5.3lb memory foam and only send the customer  
4lb. I decided to go with myrest.com as they go out of their way to  
show you that you're dealing with a very honest company.  What can  
I say, they exceeded my expectations. It was delivered right when they  
said it was and I love the way it feels. Shop smart everyone!

How these guys make any money  
is my guess but I'm glad that they exist.  You guys are  
wonderful.  Let me tell you after having being ripped off by  
another company I decided to give My Rest a try as they looked like a  
reputable company.  Having learned my lesson from before I looked  
and checked out all of their data on the website.  They posted  
their return policy which I thought was very clear and fair.  The  
other company didn't even have a return policy on their site.  I  
noticed that they participated with the Better Business Bureaus online  
care program.  This gave me a lot of relief as I read about how  
strict it is to participate in this type of program.  Since I was  
spending a lot of money with this company I still had to investigate  
them further.  I called the BBB and they gave me a rave  
review.  I checked them out on Bizrate and they are customer  
certified.  I actually called and talked with a very nice lady  
after being on hold for a little bit.  I didn't mind holding as  
most companies phone systems throw you into voicemail if they don't  
answer right away.  It was nice to see they invested in some nice  
phone equipment that allowed me to hold until a rep was  
available.  I mention this because no matter how many times I used  
to call the other company I would always get their voicemail.  I  
found out from Cynthia at My Rest that I could visit their showroom if  
I wanted to.  Since I live in Washington I don't think I will make  
the trip :) - Any way, When I placed my order I was told by email  
immediately that this was Stage 1 of my 3 stage order process.  2  
hours later, I received another email telling me that some real person  
had just reviewed my order. 24 hours later they send me another email  
with a tracking number to tell me that my order is on it's way.   
Did I say wow!  All companies should work this way.  I'll  
write another review after I try my topper out for a couple of weeks.

purchased a full size 4 inch 6lb topper. When the product was received  
and I used it, I have gotten up from this bed with no aches and pains.  
I have purchased other brands of visco-elastic toppers but they are  
very soft and hard to manuver on when a person tosses and turns all  
night long. This seems to be what I've been looking for to finally get  
a good night's sleep. I have scoliosis and this seems to be the answer

ordered a topper. I need to know if the latex mattress is available as  
a stand-alone item should the topper not work on my current mattress.  
That info was not available that I could find. It was a bit difficult  
coming back to order a cover after selecting the topper, it semed it  
could only be done simultaneously. I appreciate the all the density  
information -- that was more than I'd found anywhere. Also I couldn't  
find mention about how one "sheets" a mattress when a topper is added.

was amazed at all the options available for memory foam toppers. Since  
I have a job that expects me to stand on concrete floors and to  
virtually stand for over 8 hours a day, I need the correct mattress  
topper. In addition to this I have adult onset scoloisis and need the  
abilitly to take pressure off my body when I sleep. I have another  
memory foam topper for a queen size bed, but will have to wait to  
afford the 6.0 lb 4 inch topper and mattress cover for it. I am looking

I live locally, my wife and I stopped by My Rest showroom to see the  
beds in person. The staff was helpful, and gave us no pressure. Went  
home to talk it over, and then just made the order online. The showroom  
staff said they don't get paid commision so it doesn't matter whether I  
purchase online or at the showroom. I liked the idea of not having to  
come back to the store just to make a payment. So far so good. Don't  
have the mattress yet, so we'll see about the long term satisfaction.
