Ok, here's the fine print. Believe it or not, there are no hidden fees or catches with our No Hassle Return Policy. We really believe that you'll love our products, and we're risking everything to prove it. Here we go:
Step 1: Receive the products and try them for at least 15 days. Pretty simple, huh? For us to take all of the risk and pay for the shipping to you, all we ask is that you give the product a try.
Step 2: If you're not 100% satisfied with your product within 30 days, contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you decide to return your order after the 15th day, no problem. Just give us a call or create your RMA form under your account.
Step 3: Re-package your products, and send them to our Tampa Warehouse for a refund. All Returns must come back to our Tampa Warehouse, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs:
