Our goal at MyRest.com is to provide
high quality goods and services to our customers at an exceptional value.
However, we understand that sometimes there may be a problem. To make your
shopping experience as trouble-free as possible we offer a 30 day return policy
on all of our products. Exception: Our 6 inch and 8 inch Latex Mattress carry a 180 day trial period. Customer is responsible for the return shipping only in order to receive a full refund. Rules for all other returns are explained below.
The process is simple and works like this:
- If you decide to keep your purchase
then the shipping is free.
- If for some reason you wish to return
any merchandise within the specified time, we will credit back the purchase
amount, minus 15%, or $150, whichever is lower.
- Most companies will charge shipping
costs and restocking fees, and never tell you the final amount until it's
time to refund your money. These fees are often padded so they're actually
making profit on the shipping costs! We like to keep things simple...a simple
15% Return Fee means that if you pay $100 and had to return an item, you would
get $85 back. No questions asked, no hidden charges...THAT'S IT! So you know
before you place any order exactly what your risk would be in the case of
a return.
- The 15% Return Fee will not exceed
$150. For example, if you buy a bed for $2000, your Return Fee would only
be $150 instead of $300.
- We do not pick up any products in
the event of a return. You will be responsible to ship all merchandise to
the correct warehouse within the time-frame allowed.
What's not Returnable?:
- Electric Waterbed Pumps - Exchanged under warranty only
- Sheets - Defective
ones will be replaced only. - Under Florida State Law we are unable to
accept returned sheets.
- Waterbed Padded Rails
- Defective ones will be replaced only.
- Hardside Waterbed Covers - Defective ones will be exchanged only -
- Linen Mattress Pads - Defective ones will be exchanged only
- Linen Mattress Topper Covers - Can only be returned if you're returning it with a
foam topper - Covers bought separately can be returned within 30 days only
if they have not been opened or used.
- Waterbed Liners - Defective ones
will be replaced only
- Waterbed Heaters - Defective ones will be replaced only.
- Any Special Orders or Special Cuts on products such
as futon covers or memory foam toppers.
- Futon Covers
- Defective ones will be exchanged only.
- Adustable
bases also known as Electric Beds
are non refundable and cannot be canceled once they have been ordered.
- Water Filled Waterbed Mattresses
- Tempurpedic Pillows
Memory Foam Toppers
All memory foam toppers carry a
trial policy 30 days. Open it, try it, sleep on it. If you don't love it then
send it back and we'll refund your purchase. Since your body takes up to 2
weeks to get used to any new sleep surface, it is mandatory to keep the pad for
a minimum of 15 days before returning the pad. This is to make sure that the
customer does not make a hasty decision by returning a pad too early. No matter
how bad your bed was before, your body was used to it. Using the topper for at
least 2 weeks will let you know if the pad needs to be exchanged or returned.
Special Cut (odd sizes that are not
listed online) Memory Foam Toppers are not returnable.

What if I don't
return everything?: Just
be sure to check to see if the product is not a promotional item. You can
view the product description to see if the product is a promotional item.
Pillows for a penny are a promotional item. Foundations are promotional
items. This means that you cannot keep the promotional item while
returning back the main item. Promotional pricing is given because you
purchased a qualifying item. If you return the qualifying item then you
have to return the promotional item. If you do not return the promotional
items then we reserve the right to deduct the full value of the promotional
item from your refund.
How are Warranty Issues Handled?
Warranty issues are returns caused by manufacturer defect
(i.e. an initial seam leak in a waterbed mattress).
- As per the policies stated
above, you will still need an RMA number to authorize your return.
- If you need a warranty
replacement within the product's trial period, we will waive the 15%
Return Fee as well as the shipping costs for the second shipment to you.
- If you are outside the trial
period and need warranty replacement, your return would fall under the
normal return policy guidelines and you would be charged for second
shipping charges.
- Outside of the trial period,
box charges and shipping costs are not covered under warranty, and are the
responsibility of the consumer.
Important: My Rest, Inc. is not responsible for warranties
held by other manufacturers. Even if you purchased a product through My Rest or
www.myrest.com, a specified manufacturer's warranty supercedes and nullifies
all other stated policies on this website.
How do I notify you that I want to return my
purchase.
- Contact MYREST.COM to receive
your Return Authorization Number (RMA NUMBER)
- Once your RMA number is
created, an email with detailed instructions will be sent to you.
- Basically, this number will
let us know to expect your return. It will give you a list of items that
is to be returned.
- Once your return is received
a separate email called a credit memo will be created. This way you will
know that your merchandise was received and inspected. The dollar amount
on the credit memo will be the amount that will be refunded or applied to
any open orders with a balance.
- Refunds are usually processed
within 5 working days after we receive your returned merchandise.

All Returns must be sent to the following address - Even if
your order was shipped from another warehouse it still has to be sent to this
address: Your 30 days starts when you receive your product and not when you use
the product.

The RMA number must be
visible on the box - Any package that is sent to My Rest, Inc. without an
authorized RMA number on the box will be refused.
Please be sure to purchase tracking when you send your product
back. You will be responsible in the event of a lost package. For this reason
we ask that you send your package back to us by UPS or FEDEX - If you elect to
use the post office, you must PURCHASE delivery confirmation. Purchase enough
insurance to cover the value of your return.

this return policy -
Order Cancellations
Once you place an order with MYREST, there is no guarantee
that your order can be canceled. You must contact our Customer Service
department and receive email or fax confirmation that your order has been canceled.
Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to return
any products according to the above Return Policy guidelines. If you refuse a
shipment without our authorization, you will be responsible for a 15% Return
Fee as well as the return shipping costs.
