When does my trial period start? The date the product arrives at your house, as documented by the shipping company.
Why can't I return my product immediately? This is the only requirement that we make...that you try it for 2 weeks. We've found that it can take 2 weeks or longer for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface. You shouldn't make a snap decision about your long-term sleep solution based on the first night. If you really want a better night's sleep, you owe it to yourself to work through this initial period.

Who pays the Shipping to Return a product? Return Shipping Costs are solely the responsibility of you, the customer.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped? No. You can however return the product. In this scenario, the cancellation would be treated as a return. You will have to accept the product and keep it for minimum of 15 days. Afterwards, obtain an RMA number for your return and ship it back to our Tampa Warehouse. The terms and conditions of the sale will be applied to your order. Since you aren't able to fulfill the only requirement of trying the
product in your home for 2 weeks, you will be responsible for both initial and return shipping along with our 15% mandatory return fee
What if refuse the package? Since you aren't able to fulfill the only requirement of trying the product in your home for 2 weeks, you will be responsible for both initial and return shipping along with our 15% mandatory return fee. If you refuse the shipment, outside of shipping damage. This is also to protect us from fraudulent orders. This program is for legitimate shoppers who really want to try our products risk free in the comfort of their home. We strongly recommend not refusing any shipments as all products must be returned back to our Tampa warehouse. If a product is refused and is delivered back to a direct ship location other then our Tampa warehouse, restocking fees on top of our 15% return fee will be deducted from your order. The cost incurred to return the product from the direct ship location back to our Tampa warehouse will also be deducted from your order. The best thing is to just accept the order, obtain an RMA number and ship the product back to our Tampa warehouse for a full refund.
What if the product arrives damaged? If there is obvious shipping damage, you must refuse the shipment and note the damage. Contact us immediately so we can issue a replacement. Please do not sign for anything without first noting the damage on the receipt even if it's just box damage. Call customer service if you have any questions at 1-800-469-7378. You may not cancel the order during this time. If you decide that you don't want the order anymore you will have to accept the replacement keep it for a minimum of 2 weeks and then obtain a RMA number in order. You would then ship the product to our Tampa warehouse to obtain a full refund.
When is the latest I can ship my product back you you? The product must be dropped off at the shipper by the 30th day of your trial period. We cannot accept returns outside of this time frame. My Rest will only allow up to one exchange for all returns. Excessive reorders will not be accepted.
Can I use the original box? The box is designed to take the abuse of one trip. We advise that you purchase a new box that is the same size and weight as the original. If you have questions or need help finding a box, give us a call.
When do I get my refund? If the product is returned in like-new condition, your refund will take less then a week to process. Obviously, we will not refund soiled or abused products.
What if I don't return promotional items that were offered with another product? The full value of the promotional product will be deducted from the final refund amount. For example: If you purchased a bed or topper that included 2 pillows for a penny and you returned the topper or bed but kept the pillows. The full value of the pillows (in this case 30.00) will be subtracted from the refund of the bed or topper. Promotional items are offered to customers who keep their products and do not qualify in the event of a return.
Foundations are also considered promotional items. Please check the foundation description for details if the foundation is a promotional item.
Note: We reserve the right to void this policy in the event of fraudulent or excessive abuse.
