| I agree to:
- Take my ordered products into my possession and keep them for 15 days.
- Contact MYREST.com if, after the 15 days, I want to return my products.
- Re-box my products and drop them off.
- Contact MYREST.com in the event of shipping damage, and to
refuse any order that is damaged by the shipper. I understand
that I will open up the product and inspect it before signing for the
delivery. I understand that in the event that I sign for the
package that is free and clear of damage, I am waiving my right to seek
compensation from My Rest, inc. by means of a chargeback or BBB
Arbitration. (If you notice any box damage, just note it on the form
before signing for the product. This will allow us to file a
claim for your order and send a replacement right away.)
- Purchase a new box or other packing materials, if necessary, to
ensure my product returns to MYREST.com in like-new condition.
I understand that:
- MYREST.com will not pick up my package if I decide to return my
product.
- I will not be refunded for products that are soiled or damaged, outside of shipping damage.
- The Return Policy is for my legitimate personal use, and will
be voided if abuse or fraud is suspected.
- Once I place an order with MYREST.com, there is no guarantee that it can be cancelled.
- If I refuse my order without cancellation confirmation in
writing from MYREST.com, I will incur all shipping costs for the
original shipment and the return shipment.
- MYREST.com does not guarantee shipping times.
- That My Rest, Inc. return policy DOES NOT guarantee "feel" - Since "feel" is one's perception and/or opinion. My Rest, Inc. will use words to describe the product such as soft, firm or give percentages of wavelessness. This is only to be used as a guide and not a guarantee. All customers are aware that these products are purchased over the internet where they are unable to touch or feel the product. If the product does not meet your expectation on how you thought it was to feel, you agree to return the product under the guidelines of our return policy that you have read and agreed to.

I have read and agree to My Rest, Inc's. entire return policy under the
help section of the website including the fine print, frequently asked
questions and common scenarios. If these are not accessible
because of web trouble, I understand that it is my responsibility to
contact My Rest, Inc. and request them to be sent to me by other means
before I place this order.
